R-SPEC E-Coated Hardstyle Kettlebells

1,000+ Five-Star Reviews Can’t Be Wrong.

The R-SPEC is the original Great Lakes Girya Pro kettlebell—the proven design that helped establish our reputation for premium kettlebells across Canada. The P-SPEC is our newer design, developed with updated proportions and a larger ergonomic window.

Both designs are exceptional. The R-SPEC provides the familiar shape and feel our customers have trusted for years, while the P-SPEC represents the next evolution of our kettlebell lineup.

Our kettlebells are sand-cast from solid iron and carefully finished to create a comfortable, dependable training surface. The result is a kettlebell designed for high-volume swings, cleans, snatches, presses and get-ups.

We apply our signature industrial E-Coat—the same type of technology used to protect automotive components from salt and corrosion. It creates a thin, durable finish that preserves the natural texture of the iron and provides a secure grip.

• Durable E-Coat: Highly chip-resistant and exceptionally easy to clean.
• The Perfect Grip: Holds chalk effectively while remaining comfortable for bare-hand training.
• Precision Stability: Every kettlebell features a machined flat base for dependable stability during floor exercises.
• Triple-Boxed Protection: Your kettlebell is carefully protected with our signature 3M-taped, triple-box packaging.
