Shipping & Return Policy (Effective April 1, 2025)

As of April 1, 2025, due to new tariff regulations between Canada and the United States, we have updated our shipping and return policy. Please review the following before placing your order:

International Shipping & Tariffs (U.S. Customers)

Duties and Tariffs: All duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by U.S. Customs are the sole responsibility of the receiver. We do not cover or reimburse any additional import fees.

Orders Over $800 USD: In accordance with U.S. Customs regulations, any order over $800 USD will require a valid U.S. Tax Identification Number (TIN, EIN, or SSN) before the shipment can be processed.

Possible Delays: Customs clearance may result in delays outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

U.S. Customers: All sales are final. We are not accepting returns or offering refunds at this time.

Canadian Customers: You may request a refund, but you will be required to cover the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to assist you within the boundaries of our policy.
