Refund policy

Effective April 1, 2025

Due to new tariff regulations between Canada and the United States, we have updated our shipping and return policy. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order, as these policies apply to all purchases made on or after April 1, 2025.

International Shipping & Tariffs (U.S. Customers)

  • Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
    All duties, taxes, customs fees, and tariffs imposed by U.S. Customs are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Great Lakes Girya Pro does not cover, reimburse, or estimate these additional charges.

  • Orders Over $800 USD
    In accordance with U.S. Customs regulations, any order exceeding $800 USD requires a valid U.S. Tax Identification Number (TIN, EIN, or SSN). Orders cannot be processed or shipped without this information.

  • Customs Processing & Delays
    International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or clearance delays that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Returns & Refunds

  • U.S. Customers
    All U.S. sales are final. We are not accepting returns or issuing refunds at this time.

  • Canadian Customers
    Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • Returned at the customer’s expense

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your item is defective or arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear, well-lit images showing the defect or damage

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Once the issue has been verified by our team, we will:

  • Issue a prepaid shipping label

  • Arrange an exchange for the same product

Defective items must be returned using the provided shipping label before a replacement is sent.

Please note: normal wear and tear, cosmetic variations, or damage caused by misuse or improper handling are not considered defects.
